Welcome to Thirsty Thursday! It’s a new thing. Every week we will be posting a delicious beverage or cocktail just in time for you to make it yourself over the weekend. This week it’s The Brown Cow, a bit of a throw back to days of malt shops and poodle skirts. Somehow still, everything looks better with a cherry on top. The Brown Cow
makes 2 drinks
Chilled, tall glasses are the perfect start to this frosty, fizzy chocolate-y drink.
4 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 can of your favourite cola
2 maraschino cherries (optional)
2 oz coffee liqueur (optional)
Pour 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup into the bottom of each glass. Add cola (and liqueur, if using), top up with milk. Garnish with whipped cream and cherry. Serve immediately.
